Day 30.
I now have a better control. Its a good feeling. I have been completely faithful and made no compromise in the time spent on listening to the subs. its working.
2 more days for the minimum number of days to complete this course. i plan to take one day rest and test it out again.

I'm actually hoping to use MPME to make that program much more powerful, effective and fast acting. So good to know I am on the right track.

Will keep a track on my progress. I am hoping that using OPA will make things better. Incase, the problem appears again, I am glad to know that there it can be fixed...now faster.
