I have the same fear, but I am not sure if it is necessarily fear. Because when we didn't discover subliminal or any pick-up or red pill stuff. We didn't have this lack of trust.

Think about it, we lived in endless denial that girls are manipulative unless we learned to observe it for ourselves. What if we were still blind? Would we have the fear of being manipulated and tamed in a long-term relationship? Most probably not.

Therefore, sounds like what we are going through is more like a protective mechanism. But fear is one kind of a protective mechanism itself.

Letting go with women can be really tough. "If I act/behave like this, she might lose sexual tension.", "If I talk about my 'feeling', she might use me!", etc, etc.

Concluding the post, I think the best scenario would be to trust and open up around girls, and not care about being alpha or beta. And at the same time, to keep your options open and not get attached to just one girl. Always have a backup, if you end up losing attraction of one girl (if you do, you will know why you did and make sure it doesn't happen again), or if she starts crossing boundaries, just a little too much.

Hercules don't give free advice when you are not sure enough what are you talking about. AM6, BASE,SM3 all have EHPRA and OGSF.WM has only OF (overcoming fear) no OGSF. I suggest you first read few days other journals or Glazengold's mini-wikipedia on subliminal talk where he gathered most of the important information in a thread. At least run few subs then you can help others too.

Now you can ask "why are you reacting so much" ? Answer is when we are talking about string theory, you are trying to give advice on 2+2=5 (joking)

What is there to fear, if you have control of yourself and your life? If you don't want to get married - don't. If you don't want to be "tamed" - don't. If you choose not to lose power - don't. As an alpha, you won't have those fears because you won't let those things happen.

Now, bonding and falling in love, those are a little different. You're used to attracting idiots, flakes and manipulators because you're out doing the PUA thing. You think that all females are like that because that's all you find where you look and with what you're doing to pick them up. But that's not the case.

Quality females do exist. Trustworthy females. Worthwhile females. Valuable females. Loving females. Caring females. Females worth being in a long term relationship with. But until you stop with the PUA crap, you're unlikely to meet that kind of female because you're only looking for the wrong kind. And what's the wrong kind? Basically young, exceptionally attractive and shallow. They have a lot of options, and very rarely do they get called out on bad behavior. When they do, they usually just turn left and say, "Next," because they know some other guy will do whatever it takes to get between her thighs. They don't have to learn or grow up because guys let them get away with too much, instead of refusing to deal with her bullshit en mass.

To find quality females, you have to first understand that they exist, and second, understand that they will not respond to PUA crap. It is manipulative, and you reap what you sow. Start sowing the seeds of love, kindness, genuineness and trust and that's what you'll attract as a result. But you have to BE it, not just act it.

You want the ones who you don't find in clubs. You want the ones you don't find in bars. You want the ones who don't worry too much about fashion. You want the ones who are more mature. You want the ones who either wear no makeup, or wear it sparingly. You want the ones who have good self esteem, good self respect, and a good sense of self worth without being selfish, arrogant, etc.

Stop looking only for the "hotties". Most guys are interested only in "hotties" and they don't even realize that this is more because those females are a way to impress other guys and buy social status, than it is they are really attracted to such females. Every guy wants those females, and because of that they tend to be shallow, immature, one trick ponies who can be selfish, thoughtless and behave badly. The 7s and 8s are therefore a better goal; they're good looking, without usually being badly behaved.

Consider also that some of the chubby girls might be worth considering. They have to try harder to get and keep a man's interest, and they are therefore typically much more willing and eager to be well behaved, considerate, thoughtful, etc. They also tend to make better lovers, for that reason and for other reasons as well. In my life, I have only one woman who wasn't chubby who ranks in my top five best lovers. She happened to be my "perfect lover". The rest of the skinny or athletic or slender women were either just plain bad lovers, too skinny to have painless sex with or were users, cheaters, liars, etc. Not saying this is always the case, but it's common. Most guys overlook the best lovers and the best girlfriend/wife material because of this.

The ones who have a little meat on their bones? They also make great relationship material because they tend to have that extra meat on their bones because they have an emotional focus to their personalities. That means she wants an emotional connection with you, and that means she's interested in a relationship and a mutual exchange of genuine love and caring. You want a woman who will go out of her way to make you happy? Start looking at the ones who are a little less skinny. You don't have to get into overweight for this, either. Thick and/or voluptuous, curvy and soft-but-defined females are great picks.

I have had multiple times where I had a girlfriend who was thick, voluptuous or soft-but-defined and I would have them treat me like a king. Without asking for it or expecting it, I would frequently get foot massages, back massages, b js, frequent requests for sex, food cooked for me, and even have them clean my house and do laundry. You know what these women want in return? They want to know you really care and love them, and that their emotions are safe with you. They want a stable relationship. They want to know they can trust you. They want to know you're honest, and if you choose to be with only her, they want to know you're faithful. Treat her with decency, and she'll do wonders for you.

Now of course this is not to say that there are no good females who are hot, skinny, what have you. But they are the exception and not the rule. And that's not to say that all thicker chicks or 7/8's are like I described. But when you stop with being manipulative in trying to pick women up and start genuinely looking for someone who is worth more than just a fuck, you'll find they come to you naturally. The females you've experienced for the last while are reflections of what you are putting out there, and you are attracting what you are expecting and believing to be true. Change that, and you'll see a lot of difference.

I think you simplify this a lot, less hot women or fatter women are not less shallow or superficial, i had women who are not that hot and women who are superhot and honestly, i dont see that much of a difference. There is something called cinderella effect the 7-8 get hit on more often than the 9-10 because guys are not that afraid to appraoch them and the most guys think less beautiful women are more humble and better poeple but from my expierence they are not.

And just because you dont fear something it doesnt mean you cant take damage by it. Like julien says the moment you lean back and relax and get used to the comfort its the moment you should fear the most. And from my experience its true. You are right i never met a women where pua has proven to be wrong, all i see is that pua rules always apply. And everytime i want to leave it behind and start thinking like you described, i get teached that it isnt like that. I think i will probably marry soon, a women from a strong religious background, probably islamic where the girl has the be virgin untill marriage. Where the girl had to wear a headscarf and wasnt allowed to party and hang out with guys. And where the girl learned from her parents that the man is the boss.

And shanon there is no perfect state of alphaness where you dont have these issues, you can only get better with time but never master it.

But I agree that it might be that through pua i only attract manipulativ and dishonest women and therefore think that all women are like this, on the other hand i see the same things happening with my friends who are no puas, the only difference is they cant defend themselfs.

Yes, someone is born good with women. Do you think cavemen had to rely on tactics to get women? No, they just did what they wanted to do and ***** as much as they could to spread their seed.

...No, you're naturally a man and a man is naturally supposed to be with women, just like you should naturally be able to run and eat food.

We can barely eat when we are babies, it may be a natural instinct to eat but it takes years to be able to do by yourself. We cant even walk, let alone run or be expected to feed ourselves. These are all skills we are taught and have to be learnt.

As far as pro-creation goes a lot of it must be natural i agree, like just trying to fk everything you see (think dogs) but surely a part must be down to being taught or watching/learning father/man figures?

Directly relating to girls, it is simply having what it takes to approach a girl in any situation, any amount of social pressure, and properly express yourself to her while following a mating ritual. That's it.

I'm with Shannon on the PUA stuff. The kind of woman I wanted - smart, beautiful, driven, caring - came into my life and fell in love with me because I was genuinely myself. I made her laugh, I made her feel good about herself, I opened her car door for her, I romanced her. It was all genuine, from the heart, and I didn't read a book on it. Now we're married, and life is good. Is it perfect? No. Would I have wanted a woman I had to "game" to marry? No. But if you want short-term, shallow relationships that revolve around the excitement of the "pickup," and that's your thing, then that's your thing.

CatMan - regarding the order of your next sub choice...If it is indeed deep-rooted fear that plagues you as Shannon suggests, might OF take care of your ED issue, thus rendering the need for OED unnecessary? It's a thought.
