Just wondering though, if you do play it in a loop 24/7 are you using Ultrasonic tones? That is what I plan on doing but because you will be all around the house, how does the sound get all over the house if you are not in one particular room where the stereo is playing the sounds? Nonetheless, I am going to start utilizing your idea today.

My living room is in the center of my home and I put the cd player on the highest bookcase. I set the cd player on the loudest volume setting and I loop the ultrasonic track 24/7.

I leave it playing 24/7 because sometimes I am so busy when I get home I don't have time to turn on the cd player and I could have been listening to the subliminal for 2 or 3 hours by the time I press play.
