Hi everyone!
A little bit about me... I suffer from fear of public speaking/social anxiety. I started using absolute self confidence 3 weeks ago and have noticed some subtle changes, for example, I now recognise when I am worrying about what others think and have started to realise that it is irrational, which is a first for me. However I had to do a presentation yesterday as part of my degree and I froze up and started to panic. I know that it has only been 3 weeks but my question is, Am I using the right subliminal? Is ASC the right one for me to be using?
Your help will be much appreciated as my degree is counting on my ability to talk in public!
