Hi again Guero!
Well, if you don't create a journal, even an offline one, it's VERY hard to tell over time if you've made changes or not. These programs are designed to change your perception to make you believe you have always been this way, or we going to change anyway, to bypass resistance. I've already given an example of that from my own life. This isn't something you can just "know" or "feel" or whatever other rationalisation, the subs in 5G work so smoothly that it's so difficult to tell over time. So a journal, even an offline one, is necessary to make sure you can tell difference and to show yourself you're making progress if resistance pops up. Otherwise, you run into the "it's not doing anything for me" problem, because if you don't hit any serious resistance, you will just change over time but hardly realise it. Look at me, that 20 year habit vanished and I didn't even realise it. That's how effective they are.
Also, I have to be honest, judging by your past posts, you've shown a tendency to not listen to instructions and even argue with Shannon on things and have gone on to have poor results in several subs. It's safe to say nobody knows these programs better than him. So buying his subs, and then not listening to his instructions on how to use them effectively, I find perplexing.
Of course, aside from the issues with chafing against the instructions, we have the real issue of you not recording your progress daily which makes it extremely difficult to gauge progress, and/or an issue with how you listen and how often you listen. If you have speakers and headphones that have been proven by you to play the sub perfectly with Frequensee, and you have the volume set at a good volume, for me that's about -40db, and you get a minimum of 8 hours per day of listening in, I find it hard to believe the program has done nothing. Not calling you a liar...I just think either you don't realise HOW you've changed because you haven't journaled your runs, and/or it's an issue with speakers, headphones, volume, or hours listened per day.
I'm betting it's one of those. Look man, I think these things were nonsense, until I tried ASC 5G. I became a believer, and I was a huge skeptic. Maybe try that one, it's free, and it's a VERY focused sub that will show results quick because of it's narrow focus. I'm sure we can fix this problem and get you seeing epic results.
