You've noticed absolutely nothing? Not even a little bit? Sometimes it's not the most obvious changes and they come about so smoothly you forget that it used to be a problem.
Just keep going. I know how frustrating it is listening to the subs day in day out and feeling like you're not going anywhere, but trust me it's doing something. If you are resisting the changes, you just have to keep hammering away until you break. I think I've been using EPRHA for close to 6 months and I feel like it's finally giving me some changes.
