I'll give you my personal experience:
1- Generally no, my sleep quality has always been bad due to anxiety. However it did after I increased my time per day past 17h and I think it is directly related to anxiety, not because of subs.
2- Increased by a little, but it isn't necessary on all subs, some subs actually help you sleep way better so you need less rest.
3- Again, can't say since I haven't focused my anxiety issues yet.
4- I'd say 1-2 weeks when I started some of the subs, but the difference wasn't big to begin with.
You might want to give the masked subs a try.
