I would say, given what you have said, that if I were in your shoes, I would take a week off EHPRA and then re-run it for another 6 months, this time between 12 and 21 hours per day. It has self validation, self respect, self worth, fear destruction, etc. etc.
It takes time to peel a big onion, man. If EHPRA is doing you good, and I think it is, then keep using it.

If I AM6 has EPRHA in it should I just keep running AM6 over and over until these same kinds of issues go away or should I be switching to EPHRA after this run?
AM6 has EPRHA inside but also a lot more stuff. So doing EPRHA before AM6 would be still wise.
If you have plan to run AM6 twice or thrice , I prefer to avoid EPRHA cause it will bring overall a better balance via AM6 couple of times plus saving time for another root of sub.
