Personal, I would NOT work at a company that uses subs.
If I was an existing employee, I would resign pretty quickly (since it would clash with my 5G sub results).
Considerations:
1 - If it is introduced while old / current employees are there, who have been working for a while without sub(s) at work:
What happens if one or more of the employees are doing a 5G already (or want to start one)?
2 - Playing sub(s) at work to employees can be perceived as unethical.
3 - What about resistance from employees?
In general, using subs in a public way can lead to a disturbing situation:
Imagine if there were subs playing in all kinds of public locations (including shops, mall, supermarkets, at work, etc.).
People would be overloaded, their minds would be torn in many directions, they would probably not be able to get useful results with any sub.
