I did US for 4 months, effects started earlier in the program such as the negative self-talk getting gradually deleted from my head, quieting the mind, then taking extra care in my appearance, acting more confident at work with my superiors and manifesting prettier ladies in my life.
It got so ridiculous that I'd be in shock when I would score with a lady out-of-my league. The next day's WOW anxiety would be healed automatically and was able to move on. I did have an alpha personality beforehand, basic knowledge of pick-up and am relentless in going after what I want, though.
Complete euphoria was achieved towards the end of the 4-month period, when I would constantly visualize myself in a high-riser, having my own office and being dressed business-like with the certainty that I can handle everything.
US is the foundation for making everything else happen and I know that if I had this program when I was in college, my life would have turned for a lot better; thank God we finally have this available, getting the subconscious mind to cooperate for a change and having a greater reality manifest as a consequence of that.
