day 8:
The first few days were filled it strange dreams....some random stuff....difficult to say why I had it...no relation to any thoughts or memory I had..
From yesterday I had feelings of restlessness inside...that urge to go out and do something..I remember these bursts before I started having ED. I don't know if I should take it as a good sign or not.
Yesterday I forgot to time the ultra sonic for 3 hours and I slept off...I woke up at 4am really tired and I switched it off and slept like a puppy till 6am...and woke up quite stiff.
Anyways....this is all I have to report for now.
I really can't wait to complete this course and start AM, as I read through others' journals. Really interesting.
