Yes, with the help of a very close friend who is a diet expert, I have been on a new diet. A part of my problem was lower sex drive despite urges to watch porn, testosterone levels were low. I reviewed my diet with my friend and we realized that Soya milk in my diet was lowering testosterone levels. I know that many people promote it as a health drink but many men have had their testosterone levels go down, there are some men who have grown boobs.... seriously! So, Ive thrown away the soya milk left at home, now taking rice milk since I have lactose intolerance.
I have been running, again, noticed my stamina is increasing bit by bit...after all, whats the point in having a hard tool when you can't pound for a considerable amount of time!
I will be jogging 3kms everyday for the next one month, in mid august I will rejoin gym. I remember when I used to go to gym regularly and watch porn, I didn't have this issue....
I know its too early to report but today morning I woke up a bit hard. lets say it was 75%. When I don't watch porn for a couple of days and jerk off I wake up hard. Its been just 2days since I watched porn and jerked off..so I think the subs may have started working. but its too early to say.
I am very positive about this programme, I am already thinking what should be my next purchase. I don't know if I should go for WM or AM... I have been reading other's journal bit by bit to understand.
