Stage 5 day 4 6/10/14
last night I was tapping using the question "what is stopping me from becoming a confident alpha male?". This eventually led to " why is this girl stopping you from becoming a confident alpha male?". I put my right forearm on my forehead to sleep and the triggered a powerful memory that just overwhelmed me. It was very close to feeling it to the first time and I tapped it away but i don't think i tapped it all away because it was really strong. After that my internal dialogue immidatly turned to angry and said it wanted revenge.I tapped that away too.
Damn looked like I wasn't truly over her lol. Good thing that block appeared so I can tap that monster away
