If you are looking for women and are ready to devote all year for that just do AM6 + WM 2 or SM 3. It will have way bigger and more polished effect than combination of many one stage program. + I can guarantee you it will have way more additional positive effect on you than only women. And from personal experience with BIATBWS I can tell that you will still lack a lot of things to make use of its full potential and personally had problem where all girls around just stopped trusting me and thought I am there only for sex.
