Six days into stage 2 of Alpha Male and I'm finding it quite different to stage 1, in a good way.
The moodiness of stage 1 has gone, so it seems. I feel more confident in large groups, more confident talking to people generally and I find myself saying things that I wouldn't have said before to people. To sum it up I guess I'm feeling more comfortable in my own skin- and I love it!
It's a subtle change but I do feel different, I feel like a change is happening, it's hard to explain. I care less of what other people think too. Not all the time but less so than usual. I've found that in some social situations where before I would have said nothing I'm saying something, just a comment or whatever but I feel more comfortable just to be myself.
I'm being more sociable too, seeking out people to talk to.
Had my first weird dream on the sub last night, I kidnapped someone and tied them up, and held a shotgun to their head! Very unlike dreams I normally have where I would normally be the one being kidnapped!
All this is really promising I think, very exciting.
