I have just read the information under the instructions tab.
For the Deep Sleep Insomnia Aid, it states that it needs to be used with headphones and it doesn't give any instructions specifically for Deep Restful Sleep, but it's for all 3g and 4g subliminal's.
It states that the sounds are not heard as they are ultrasonic. One of the reasons for listening to them at night is for the sounds as I sleep better than if it is silent.
Is this correct?
