I've noticed changes just by cutting back, and I'm sure that I've probably built up a tolerance from it over the years. I'm like you if I have it after 12pm, so I try to have it earlier. Sounds like it stays in your system a really long time!

Thanks for clearing that up Shannon, didn't think you were supposed to. Hopefully Jay will read this before he tries that. For me, it works in about 5-10 minutes, and then I shut if off and go to sleep. Works great for me that way.
