Hi all!
Haven't posted in awhile, so thought I'd give an update on this sub.
Well, it's been about a month that I've been using it, and I've lost 3 pounds! Keep in mind, this is with walking several times a week too, but I was doing that before and not losing anything. I was also using a bike trainer, but haven't in a few weeks because I need to fix it. So, really, exercise, other than walking, has been pretty minimal to explain the weight loss, so it's really cool to see that I've actually lost any weight at all!!
Anyway, still have aways to go, but I found this encouraging and exciting! I remember reading somewhere that losing a pound a week was good, and that's what I've lost in the last week. A personal trainer I used to have told me to pull out a pair of pants that I wanted to fit into rather than standing on the scale, and that was great advice. I'm not a big person to being with, but small enough that 3 pounds shows! We'll see if another pound is dropped by next week!
