Thanks man. I need some guidance from you with FEFT, these past 3 weeks I've managed to reduce my neediness towards my last ex quite significantly, but the last 3-4 days the feeling of neediness is creeping back in again, I suddenly start to miss her a lot, I'm currently entering the 3rd week with Stage 6 AM 5.0, maybe this stage is pulling out a lot of negativity back to the surface again.
During my first run of AM 5.0, the same thing happened during the last 2 weeks of Stage 6, where everything starts going downhill, and I become depressed again.
Can you advice me on how to clear out this neediness with FEFT for good?
