Larry, your comment got me thinking. I've understood that each one of these subs can provide a profound difference in anyones life because it's dealing with the subconscious. I intend on using programs like Alpha Male, BAMM etc but personally i've had a plan for what i'm going to use for the year. You haven't read a journal of my experience in regards to the social aspect of life because I haven't needed to use those subs. For the past 3 years i've felt that I am an Alpha in my own respect. I have had indifference. I don't need anything I am content being myself. Every where I go I can start a conversation with anyone and be the life of the party. I can approach any women and I speak exactly how I feel towards her.
I mention my girlfriend because she is the one I attracted with "Attract your Perfect Submissive Sexual lover". I have never felt so amazing towards a relationship before, she understands the changes I have to make. I think your relationship towards all areas of your life are important. I've left a lot of "friends" that I use to have and done things on my own but now I am beginning to appreciate what is right for me and being honest with myself.
I do see myself as having an even higher standard than this. I always strive for the best. I know I can push myself even more. Exercise Motivation is a program i've wanted to use for a long time because I want to push myself. I want to see the amazing transformation. I am already inclined to go exercise but i'm looking forward to that 3% body fat standard.
I like that you mentioned tackling fears when it comes to the journey with these subs. I think Deep Gratitude and Appreciation has put me in a headspace where I notice a lot more of what I need to deal with. I attract what I need. I'm going to do more contemplation on what is right for my future.

I appreciate the post Dan, and yeah it does! i've noticed this time around I am having more internal changes. Every time I run this sub all the areas of my life become more abundant as my focus shifts on having a balance between all areas. This is one of the reasons why I love gratitude.
I think the difference would be that with this sub you're focusing on the things you perceive as "good" and they become better. Positive energy is attracting people, circumstances etc and your mind-state being aligned with that energy to be taken in a new direction. For example you're part of a family and you want to bring positivity to your lifestyle.
Day 89
One week left of using this sub. This morning I woke up feeling great affects from the program. As soon as I woke up I noticed it. I looked at my phone and noticed that an old girlfriend contacted me. This must be because i've been going out of my way to remove resistance. I remember having some dreams that were like I was in or watching a horror movie. Either way I got up and had a pleasant conversation with my girlfriend about the holidays. My motivation to get rid of more resistance has increased because it is my knowledge that having my inner world clear of fear will be much more affective towards what I manifest during my action in my every day life. In some cases the thought of "did my subconscious create this" comes up in my head when a good event occurs like a happy day or good conversation. I am noticing the changes. Feeling like a kid again. This time around the affects of the sub feel like they are in my head more and major changes are occurring. Psychologically I am more at peace with a lot of things. I've noticed maybe once in my life where i've felt such a deep amount of gratitude. I feel that the transitions between my activities have become much smoother and also my driving has been much better. Everything is good as usual but I am aiming to create an abundance that is mind-blowing to myself.
Feels good to be with my family this weekend.
I am just focusing on the now and what makes me happy.
Will update you guys again soon.
Also i've exercised more, been eating moderately and lost 10lbs.
