Just *MY* experience, from about a week ago:
I was listening to the silent OED track in the livingroom, on my home-theatre device. After setting up the right volume using the Ocean and the Stream tracks I put the silent track and kept on with my other tasks. I wasnt hearing NOTHING!
after a few minutes my younger doughter (17 years old) came home unexpectedly and the first thing she said was " Dad, something is wrong with our speakers, they make strange squeeks and noises"...She obviously could hear something that I couldn't.
