I'm not sure I understand why semen volume matters in the first place. Can you help me understand that point?Hello, Shannon. Thanks for your interest in this topic. It is difficult to explain the significance of this topic, at least to me. Like many other things relating to sexuality it is an iceberg question, that is, the bulk of the truth/problem lies beneath the surface. It is mental, visual, and physical all at the same time. I find from experience with different male forums that gay men in particular and most men in general attach a great deal of importance to the ability to deliver as large a load of semen as possible. It is perceived, and perception is the real deal here, that a huge load of semen displays both ability and virility in the sexual performance department. The very sight of lots of semen is very exciting for many men. You already seem to understand that orgasm and ejaculation are two separate things, but they usually happen so simultaneously in the average man that the two are perceived as one huge sensory event. It is ironic to me when others suggest all you have to do is wait a few days and more semen will build up. I know from experience and experiment that I will get two drops, whether I wait two days or two weeks. You can't water even a flower pot from a dry well. People come to your site to help improve things that again, they perceive, are wrong or out of kilter with their lives; semen enhancement is another essential element of male sexuality that cries for attention. If I could ejaculate ten heavy ropes of semen, I would be lifted to Nirvana. You have covered penis enlargement, ED, and Low-T, please now cover this for those of us who need it, and feel woefully inadequate in today's sexually charged world without it. Best Regards, Ron
Ron, are you entirely sure that the issue is the volume your body is creating, or the ejaculatory system itself? It is possible that physical damage to the nerves in the area can lead to a lack of the full firing of the musculature that results in the ejaculation exiting the body.
For instance, I know a man who went through cancer surgery, and there were several nerves severed, which resulted in his ejaculation going from "can hit the ceiling multiple times while laying on the floor" to "might ejaculate something, might not". He is apparently still producing the same amount of volume, but it's not being pushed out because not all the necessary muscles are firing.
If your situation is somehow like his, and it's damaged nerves or muscles or whatnot, there is probably not much I can do to help. I need to concretely understand why you have a small amount, not just that you do, before I can know how to try helping you.
