My only concern is what kind of believes will it install. I mean here we're talking about your idea of being an alpha male and that might be coming from how society has told us that an alpha male is, not taking crap from anyone or reacting and defending and attacking?

I want to be more like zen. Calm and serene, not reacting to stuff while this alpha male stuff looks total opposite of that.

also why are you against being in one state? For e.g. I've heard good things about being in alpha and that its more productive to be in that state and function from there than from beta but I read that u suggest to be in alpha but then return back to beta.
