I use this sub, along with Alpha Male. IMHO, the "women attraction" subs have the greatest effect if one has solid self confidence first (in other words, have ASC or Alpha Male internalized first).
About the last paragraph, I tend to go along the lines of "the more the merrier". Some people have more resistance to the subs so it takes longer exposure, while some have immediate results.
As far as results, go, I definitely get checked out... not continuously but I do get checked out quite often.
