MaxSpeed is an enhancer technology which aims at forcing a program to function as fast as is humanly possible without any sort of negative outcome. It enhances HST/SOS/OE in some 5G program types. Where it has been tested so far, it produces overt results in just hours or less, and often in minutes.
The end result may not be achieved this fast for all applications, but for instance, without MaxSpeed, the CUPR sub kicks in within 1-2 hours. With MaxSpeed, I am expecting it to kick in within about 5 minutes. I am actually working on building that prototype right now.
In general, MaxSpeed is for use with Type B subs, and should produce results that can be seen/felt in minutes to hours, without producing a placebo result. It will not be useful for, or used with, all goals or programs.
