Well, being a person diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder, I have gone through it all. And most of which caused me to understand things better such as "what causes depression, anxiety, stress, anger, etc." All of my ideas are based upon my own experimentation and solutions I have found to silence my mind and give me a sense of peace and well-being along with spirituality for the best journey of self-improvement. I can say a set like this, not only will take it further, perhaps permanent? But above all make a person more inclined to 100% appreciate their life in every way. Could possibly be a type that makes you healthier than what most would ever experience. Along with cool psychic abilities. You're talking future jedi warriors lol.
