I get a faint high pitched noise when I play it in Winamp only if I have the volume up to high. it's a good indicator for that. I'm going to play around with my ipod to see if I can get it to be completely silent.. and also with the laptop I've tried checking my power options but It beats me as to why it randomly shuts off sometimes. If all else fails I could use the Masked version.
