Just relax. 18 days is very soon to expect results, and not everyone needs more sleep time. With the AM program, I'm finding that my sleep needs are less than they were. There is a naturalizer in the script for these programs, which means that the changes will frequently seem like you've always been that way, so that you don't have a jarring "WHOA why am I acting like this?" kind of thought that would interrupt your groove. If you're listening to a masked track with headphones at an appropriate volume, and following the instructions, it will come.
