Two updates. Firstly, over my first run, an unusual number dead, dying, or injured animals came into my experience. I've always been a bit worried about these subliminal programs--I'm literally letting an unknown entity program my mind--and I started questioning if I was manifesting some kind of sacrifice because of the subliminal. I felt deeply uncomfortable. It looks like it has now desisted, but it's still wearing on my mind, and I still question if it was related to the subliminal.
Finally, I haven't made any meaningful progress on achieving the program's goals, but I am motivated to invest a lot of time and energy into improving my own physical health across a number of dimensions.
