Day5:
I slept most of the day and lay in bed to recover from the week i also watched porn and masturbated.
I noticed i feel no shame about it anymore, it's feels more natural to have sexual wants instead of it being wrong in some way.
So where before it would have impacted me negatively it just is and it doesn't numb my emotions as much anymore i feel more balanced.
Also my sexual energy and stamina recovers way faster.
Day 6:
Relaxed and got some things done, feels like the strong resistance to the subliminal has mellowed out little a bit and i am feeling better overall.
Still need a lot of sleep and feel quite tired in the evenings and when waking up until i get going.
Tomorrow is the first of 4 days of not listening.
Lets see how i feel and how my interactions go focus is on myself my work and education but will observe my social interactions.
