Depending on the particulars of your reasons for PE, "paying close attention" may be either a way of defeating the program's efforts, or half the problem in itself.  Don't get in it's way with expectations and watching like a hawk.  Just use it and let it do it's thing.

I'm trying to it's a little difficult since this is a program where you can immediately tell if it's working based on what happens during sex he he.  So there's an action that we can do to measure its success unlike most subs.  But I get your point i'm being hopeful and just doing things normally without thinking about it.

1 MONTH UPDATE

No results yet but I understand this might take time.  I know many people here get frustrated that they don't get sub results asap but we just can't expect fast results for issues we have had our whole lives.  It's going to take time to fix such issues so i'm patient.  I'm hoping by the 2nd month things improve.

Do you know specifically what the root cause is?
