You are wondering if I have made any improvements since ARA to fear removal? My good man, you are experiencing the results already, it's in DMSI v3.4 and 3.5! And ARA was several generations of tech and power upgrades ago!
OFv4 is a very, very good program. Not the final version I will build, but it is a really good program and vastly easier to run and handle for most people than ARA or anything in the OF line that came before it.
OGSF 5.9G, which I am working on right now, will have a new significantly upgraded version of the Fear Removal Module (V7.0), make significant improvements to the 5.9.4G skeleton script to become either 5.9.5 or 5.10G, depending on what the models tell me, and will handle the complex web of crud that is the whole guilt, shame and fear triad, plus several other things it all touches on. It's designed to be as comfortable and easy to run as possible, and work at your pace. It's going to be at least as powerful as OFv4 in terms of how it is configured for impact.
I suggest that you consider running DMSI v3.5 for a while longer. You can make more progress that way regarding achieving the goals of the program, and used long enough it will make a more long lasting impact on your fears. If you want a more all encompassing approach that will deal with much more stuff in more directions and be more long term in impact and results, then OGSF will be your best choice. If you don't want to do either of those, consider OFv4.
