Yesterday Sunday May 1st at 9:20 PM, I started and ended up listening to 7 loops until 4:55 am because I slept in.
It was the 7th day of 8 days ON MLSV4.
Hybrid Ocean Surf .
7th day of 120 days (4 months of use per run)
113 days (4 months) left until 1st OF 3 RUN-THROUGHS (442 total days) IS COMPLETED.
7th of 442 days of MLSV4.
Today Monday May 2nd, I'm going to listen to 6 loops ON starting 8:47 PM now.
It's going to be my 8th day ON.
Shannon's reply to Lowe about dreams was interesting https://subliminal-talk.com/Thread-Shann...#pid254137

What do you think is the significance of dreams when you run a subliminal? Do you think that more frequent and intense dreams meant the brain is easily processing the subliminal, or is it in fact the opposite, a sign of resistance?
Bad dreams are likely signs of resistance, but what about banal dreams about nothing in particular?
For me, the general lack of results meant it is hard to draw conclusions, although I have noticed that the newer the subliminal, the more frequent and intense dreams I get.
Dreams becoming more obvious during subliminal use points to more activity during sleep as you process the subliminal script and execute the instructions, and also to a slightly different level of awareness while sleeping, which is part of why people tend to remember dreams more when using a subliminal.
"Good" or "bad" dreams usually don't have to do with resistance, but typically reveal how the instruction set and the process of change it is seeking to induce are being received and responded to. It can be that a particular instruction, or set of instructions, in a subliminal results in unpleasant dreams without any resistance at all, if the changes that need to be made to achieve the program goal require uncomfortable actions to be taken.
The more intense the dreams, the more, and more intense, the activity that is happening under the hood. That is not to say that a lack of dreams or dream intensity means there is not activity or that it is not intense.
If you're getting the dreams, but not getting much in the way of results, there's definitely something working overtime to keep you still. I wonder how that will work for you in 5.8G, 5.9G and later. I'm sure there will always be someone who can resist the subliminals I make, but we are getting to the point in 5.8G and 5.9G that it's pretty insane for the level of impact it has.

My response to Shannon's reply: https://subliminal-talk.com/Thread-Shann...#pid254158
"@Shannon On my 3rd night ON I had dreams of a sexual nature in 1 night.
With 2 women, 1 on each separate "(dream) occasion" in 1 night LOL
I'm currently running MLSv4, so I find it weird that I had sexual dreams.
Does the content of the dreams matter to indicate that there is "activity that is happening under the hood."?
I mean, do the themes of the dream and the sub have to match for any significance?
Also, I'm thinking of switching to UMSv2 due to work.
Do I need a 1 week break from MLSV4 to switch to UMSV2?
I've only finished my 7th day ON and about to do my 8th day ON tonight."
