I bought Overcoming Erectile Dysfunction like a month ago but wanted to wait 30 days since I had been listening to subliminals from YouTube. It’s been 30 days since I stopped all subs from YouTube, but I’m still finding that I’m experiencing odd/weird dreams and maybe some slight depression.
I’ve also been listening to binaural beats in the past 30 days, so maybe that is where my odd/weird dreams and depression are coming from? Who knows?
My new plan is to stop all binaural for 30 days, because I’m starting to wonder if some of those YouTubers placed subs into their binaurals without mentioning it in their video description.
Here’s hoping after 30 days my brain is ready for the Overcoming Erectile Dysfunction sub.
Meanwhile, I will lurk around here and read more postings.
Take care.
Welcome aboard, Shaun!
What you describe suggests that you may still have some lingering effects from the YouTube subliminals. After 30 days, the program itself should not still be running in your head. That's what you want to avoid, having multiple subliminals by multiple creators running in your head at once.
I suggest you avoid YouTube subliminals altogether. You get what you pay for. Remember that.
How have you been using binaural beats? It should not take anywhere near 30 days to be okay to use a subliminal after you stop using binaural or other neuroactive audio besides mind programming like subliminals. The issue you want to avoid is having subliminals from multiple different creators working in your head at the same time. You should be good to start using OED.
Also, what do you believe is the core issue for your particular ED situation? Physical? Emotional? Something else? Maybe I can help with suggestions.
