Had a horrible time sleeping last night which confirms that listening in the evening is not best for me.
The craving for 2 loops was definite last night in a way it hadn’t been before. I wonder if I should switch to 2 loops the next cycle or wait until a few cycles to see how 2 days on 2 days off 1 loops affects me?
