Out for a run today. I've run for 4 consecutive days, despite hesitating slightly today. I tend to dread the extended warm up exercises, which is probably not all that necessary for slow/easy runs. Did exactly that and ran further than I typically do on Mondays.
I have a phobia of bees, hornets, wasps, and flying objects; one flew reasonably close and I didn't panic. Granted, it didn't come close, but there was a difference. I anticipate more flying objects out on my runs.
haha I have a phobia of them when im alone in a confined space with them (bees, wasps, spiders) such as a room so if OF can cure of these menaces then welcome to a new dawn my friend!
