Day 3. The crazy dreams continue, clearing working some stuff out. I'm still waking up a lot throughout the night but I can cope with it, I dont know if it's the dreams waking me up or not.
I've relied pretty heavily on caffeine to get me through the days over the past couple months but I seem to be becoming ridiculously sensitive to it, if i have anything near what I did a week ago it seems to boil over into anxiety. This is great, I'm gonna use this opportunity to try and cut it out completely.
I'm also not craving listening to it as much anymore, if anything it feels like my brain has taken in enough and now needs a break to put things into action, so i'm going to start using the sub as instructed.
