Yes sure I will explain how I go about it. I am a long time user of DMSI. But when I started first OF v1, I stopped DMSI to observe the effect of OFv1, after around 3 weeks, I felt my energy levels where high, and I felt I was at a point where I am not resisting OF and its doing its own thing, then I introduced DMSI to the mix. What I did is 5 loops of OF during the night and around 1-2 loops of DMSI the next day, during afternoon.
Things I look for
1- Energy level: if I feel tired and exhausted, and I know its the sub that's causing this, then I would drop DMSI and observe for a couple days. or I will reduce the loops.
2- Brain fog or anxiety: if I feel this way, then I reduce loops or reduce the volume
these are the things I look for to modify/adjust my approach. Other than that, the results were fantastic.
Currently I am using OFv2 Alone, as I started the sub made me very tired. but now I am back to high levels of energy.
