Thank you Fab10, very informative. I have decided to stop all together, I cannot handle, its extremely strong anxiety and its continuous. Since I stopped yesterday I got a bit better but I need more time to become my old self.

Im hoping Shannon is fine. I will consider buying his paid subs after some research.
