Hi Jake, overcoming fear, i think shannon mentioned to me in a post is more working behind the scenes type of thing, you wont notice changes that are clear or obvious, just let it play do the loops and days and overtime you might notice changes they may appear small until you think back on them and realise those small things that happened gradually were actually bigger steps you didnt realise because happened in smaller stages.
Like for me i dont normally have dreams i have one here or there, but just listen to it let it do its thing and in 3 months you may notice your doing things you wouldnt of done 3 months earlier but just comes naturally now that you didnt realise it was a big change that had happened.
Fears can be small or big it may not work on the fears we have that we believe are holding us back it could be working on other ones that we didnt even know we had that could actually be more of an issue, just give it time and try to forget your even listening to a subliminal, your playing it at night on the phone when asleep so just do it each night on the days your meant to and pretend your not listening to a subliminal and in 2-3 months see how big of a change you notice.
