resistence / self sabotage OF 5.75

To make it more understandable:

In my past i listened to a subliminal from another subliminal company i think their name was [removed by Shannon to conform with the rules] and i listened to their alpha male subliminal and it has over 1000 affirmations. The results were really good but whenever i listened to it it had a negative effect on my appearance and it stayed permanent.

I was the only one expierencing it. When i stopped the program the alpha male effects faded away but that negative thing on my appearance stayed.

The same thing happens to me now when i listen to subliminals it doesnt matter which.. just all subliminals has this effect

My subconscious mind just responds this way.

Thats why i cant listen to subs bcz this negative side effect gets worse and worse

And it doesnt matter if i use OF 5.75 or a little self made subliminal... the stronger the subliminal the stronfer this negative side effect

Hypnoses.. subs with brainwave et cetera everything gives me this negative side effect

Please tell me this reason and how to solve this...
