Rather than letting mere chance decide the predicament of my sleep, I have decided to double down on my meditation routine. From now on I will meditate 30-45 minutes before bed everyday and slightly increase my morning sits from 10-30 minutes to 45 min - 1 hour. This decision came from an insight I had yesterday when I totally surrendered to the now and accepted my thoughts and emotions, fear ceased to exist anymore and I fell asleep significantly quicker. Awareness is curative indeed.
Also, Shannon might be right about the volume being too high. Ill drop it down to 10/15.
How do you do your meditations? do you listen any brainwave audios or do it in silent ?
Im just curious because i want to get back into meditation but i find dont like to depend on the brainwaves.
I had my days with brainwave tech. They didn't do anything for me. (That doesn't mean it won't work for you) All I need is a place to sit and an intention to observe or focus on something for a set duration. Nothing fancy, just simply observing the breath or the sensations in the body. Set a timer for 1 hour and that's it. That's how I meditate.
This is an interesting coincidence because I am considering restarting BWE myself but I do not know if it would interfere with these subs. I remember Shannon writing something about it, but I cannot find it any more (my search skills suck.)
