Nope. None of those symptoms here. Not once. I do flush my kidneys with 100% cranberry juice at least once a week since I drink milk, and milk is highly advised to be avoided by Dr. Coimbra, the man in the video above doing the Vit. D therapy. A book was written about his protocol titled "How Not To Die With True High Dose Vitamin D Therapy", and I was interested in even the small amount I read there (a kindle read too). But kidney stones are the only side-effects I've ever heard of.
The intake recommendations of Vit. D were higher just decades ago. Coincidentally, when they were lowered, things like obesity, autism, diabetes (1 and 2), and RA skyrocketed. Mostly autoimmune or musculoskeletal disorders. They'd found an income source, and they then said it was bad, dangerous, and ludicrous to take more. Modern medicine is designed to keep people sick (or dependent on the system), and no doctor, nurse, or specialist is to be blamed for this mis-information. It points back to who is controlling the money. Just like when I was teaching, it was my job to parrot the information, even though it was sometimes completely wrong (US history, for example). I was doing it since it was my job.
Have you done any research on Vitamin D?
