Hi Shannon, yes started with dmsi at 3.1 i think it was december 2017, ive also ran e3 before ums and umop, but with that one i didnt run it for a full 3 months, e3 i did 3 months plus a few weeks extra before deciding to get ums as it has e3 in it, i understand e3 in ums is worked a bit differently to aim for the goals of the program but as sucess and confidence is a big part i decided to get it.

Yes only the 5.5g subs i have tried.
