After 4 nights i did 1 loop with hybrid with headphones then went to bed and had ultrasonic play, the aim was 4 loops but didnt happen as i completed 2 ultrasonic loops i had a really bad headache happen to the point i actually needed to take some nurofen tablets to get some sleep, so i stopped the loop 10 minutes into the 3rd loop when i went to get some tablets for my headache.
This is first time ive experienced a headache caused by the subliminal, but i did read others having experienced the same, so on the positive side its a lot more powerful then the other subliminals so far if it was able to cause a bad headache for me for the first time.
So i will take that as its starting to affect me and will now take 3 nights off and do another loop in 4 days time, will try 1 loop on 3 nights off for a few cycles see how it goes then might change to 3 days on 7 off depending on what i experience over the next 3-4 days.
