I have a Citizen EcoDrive perpetual with all the complications. Nice watch, good value, but ironically I recently feel like I have outgrown it.
I also am still waking up with a backache every morning after I run it. The very low back, which I believe correlates to the deep subconscious. So there's still something to work on apparently. But this is giving me clues to improve the FRM.
Shannon,ON moving forward with Fear Remover and the deeper aspects of it ,Man. your back ache 'happening'. heres one for you...when ever I have expressed real deep emotions, I Mean like REAL intense,anger...or Im reacting in a very strong fear based way in My expressions, because I've felt threatened by 'thus & such" ,MY body is literally trembling and Im shaking from such deep releases of'suppressed' stuff,that if I dont do a big stretch and a yoga posture,bend,Immediately ,which opens the spine,I mean right a damn way,MY back will seize up,spasm and cramp to the point where if I dont watch it"MY back will pull a muscle do to the stress and intensity of the fears being brought to the surface, being triggered. The shits intense! and that's not even fully describing the full intensity of this whole "exprerience"!
I can definiteyly say,however ,that the fear remover v4.6 has done and is doing some amazing things. is helping tremdously with removing fears while the related moduel's keep energized and uplifted.
Also I apologize to you for not being more forth coming when I first started out utilizing UMS,Shannon. sincerely.
I was doing some 'experimenting' of My own,and wanted to wait,til,more results 'were in' on My part,before announcing such.
I utilize UMS 3 times a day....thus far. things are 'moving' on several levels....MY intensity and connected-ness with and about money,has shot up so much ,during the 10 days of usage in total with a break in between. there are many other things going on under the hood,thats a rap for now. thank you for creating such a dynamic program!!
