I think you will benefit from upgrading to the 2010 version, yes, but I also can't tell you whether or not you should. That's up to you. I'm not going to give such advice, since I am the one benefiting if you do - that's not exactly impartial. So I'll let you decide. On the one hand, 2009 is very good (as you are noticing) and very effective. On the other hand, 2010 is half off for purchasers of 2009, and it makes a number of significant improvements. I don't think you can lose either way, really.
