35 days break is finally over.
I will share what has been going on in this time. I have no idea if this is relevant, if its TID or Bloom or simply nothing but I feel its worth sharing for data.
My break started (and stoppage of UMOP2) began from 2nd of January.
I had missed 10 days out of the 100days use that I had of UMOP2 with no change, no results nothing noticed at all.
I was in the UK during this time, and during xmas I was more agitated and frustrated by how life in the UK (private and personal to me) didnt allow me to execute any of the goals I wanted to work on. Undoubtably this would also be procrastination since some can argue to change you or one would do anything and go to any lengths.
I should add, that there are goals and things that I do not procrastinate on, but they are easy fun or enjoyable tasks not the real goals of life that would advance me ahead and forward.
I returned back to Europe around the 2nd week of January. I usually suffer from jet-lag and my week is usually messed up immediately in terms of of my sleep cycle.
I have struggled to sleep on time and wake early for many years and for me sleeping late is far easier and far more enjoyable for 1 reason or another.
I cannot be sure but around the first or 2nd night of my return back to Europe, I managed to wake at 5am and slept at 8am.
I was super ecstatic by this as there wasnt any real reason for this change.
I have a theory which is why im unsure if this can be TID from UMOP3 or bloom from UMOP2 which ill share at the end.
Since this change the past 3 weeks I have managed to wake around 5-7am 5 days out of 7. The weekends are days I choose to sleep in as long as I can to recooperate from any lack of sleep in the week.
Due to this sleep correction to my life as I shall call it, I have been able to slowly chip away at tiny amounts at my goals, such as my need for breakfast (however poor its still a start when I seldomly had breakfast during weekdays).
I also have thus been able to start on planning my healthy diet. I havent started making the meals but im getting there.
I had an exam after a week of returning back however even though I had the exam I didnt negotiate on staying up late to cram. I also during the week found studying more enjoyable and learning more easier. Again why, I have a theory which I will share at the end.
There have been mornings where I have woken up later than 5am which has annoyed me as my goal is 5am and waking up at 7am or 8am is still early but not enough if i want to reach all my goals nevertheless today I woke at 5am. I find every morning and every evening im learning from the failure as such, not purposefully but organically to assess what to eat or when not to eat or drink and what temperature to have my heating on at night etc so that I can sleep early and wake early.
I have also few days ago swapped my normal beverage of english/british tea for green tea which im happy about. Drinking water though a goal is far away as yet.
So my theories:
In the past a long time ago, I recall spending all xmas talking about, imagining and thinking of the new low carb diet I was going to start in the new year. I did it so much, with so much reading and research that when the time came to start it was effortless. I believe the same has occurred now.
During this xmas I was frustrated so much so that I was getting annoyed vocally about how I am being obstructed by family to doing my goals and yet hearing them ridicule me for it when I lay the blame mostly on them and the lifestyle we have. They dont see the sacrifice I make as I call it.
This frustration resulted in me spending nights in bed googling ways to over come procrastination. All of the techniques are those I am aware of but havent started and still havent but i was learning about how its all to do with chipping away at things daily and consistently basically.
It was due to again personal and private obstacles in my student life in Europe that resulted in me missing 10days of UMOP2 which concluded in Shannon not giving me a refund even though after 3 years of me being here no sub has worked on me and if any has it has been on pure assumption and guesswork (I speak of NO fap of DMSI 3.2 - which I have realised may not have been DMSI but me, since I tend to go weeks without fapping easily - I didnt fap for 1 month whilst in the UK).
I believe that what happened to me in the past and during this xmas was akin to me programming my subconscious mind with what some call affirmation, or affirmative suggestions and visualisations (UK spelling lol).
I believe this is why the change had occurred then to me almost 10years ago and even now.
I also believe the reason the studying became easy for me was because I was learning real life applications for this practical exam/test from youtube videos so was easier than reading a book but the videos were also short 1-3min long clips rather than a long videos and were also practical application videos rather than boring long lectures.
I would be happy and pleased if this was indeed TID or bloom, and I am sharing this as it was a member here (no names mentioned) who in private message hypothesised if indeed the case could be TID, Bloom etc, thus im sharing here to be transparent as always and to offer more insight to how the subs work or dont work as is the case for me at this current time.
I now wait to see how UMOP3 will pan out for me.
