There is a difference between not having anything happen, and not having anything you can see consciously happening. There is no way you are using this program and having literally nothing happen. At the very least, you are having to subconsciously compensate for the effects that DMSI is having on those parts of you that are cooperating, and that means it is having an effect. There is no way around it: you either execute or compensate. Either way it is having an effect.
