Been pretty busy getting some things in my life lined up. Still on my cleanse, just started the second cycle today. I'd like to start waking up by 7am and going to sleep by 9:30 pm. I'd have to make some major shifts to my current wake and sleep times but I'll figure it out.
It's encouraging to see Shannon working on an update for DMSI that he thinks will be major so soon.
On a side note, since masturbating supposedly ruins the effects of the programs, I've had to look into ways to deal with my sex drive. Currently the only thing I've tried that seems to work is holding your breath until you're on the verge on passing out. If I find something more reasonable that works that'd be great. Or when I have someone to fuck I won't need any other methods lol.
